ITIL 4 Foundation introduces an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of technology-enabled products and services. This e-learning ensures that you can organize your IT organization effectively.

ITIL 4 Foundation is for anyone who needs to understand the key concepts of IT and digital service delivery, and who is interested in helping their organization embrace the new service management culture. It is for professionals at the start of their ITIL 4 journey or people looking to update their existing ITIL knowledge.

Course details and preparations 

Prerequisites and study load: This e-learning does not require any special prior knowledge. It helps if you already have some knowledge of automation and the provision of services.

In addition to completing the e-learning, which takes approximately 16 hours, a time investment of between 6 and 12 hours must be counted for the preparation for the exam. 

Completing the course: The course is self-paced meaning you can do it at your own pace and whenever it suits your schedule. The course will be available to you for 6 months after date of purchase. 

Exam: ITIL® 4 Foundation
We recommend that you sign up for the online exam after completing the course. Choose a date and time suitable to your schedule. As with the e-learning course, you will have 12 months to conduct the exam after date of purchase. Upon purchasing the course you will receive information on how to sign up. 

Scope: 40 multiple choice-questions, of which 65 % need to be answered correctly in order to pass. 

Duration:  60 minutes. 

Closed book. 

Conducting the exam:  Online exam. You will need internet access and a computer with sound, microphone and webcam.
